Do NOT order with these people!!! Lady at front is a lier and ordered a wrong part as explained to her over the PHONE what was needed. 2 phone calls were confirmed on cost and delivery date. Part arrives and is not what we asked for. Bad part was taken into them and part that we needed was on the shelves!!. A return was put in place with a $20 restock charge charged on the part the front lady had ordered wrong …. Not even close to an idler bearing pulley!!!! Now are part is $40. I have dealt twice with Mini-Tune in the last couple of months with excellent service. First - I needed a PTO clutch for my Craftsman lawnmower. I talked with Tammy (very pleasant and professional). They had one in stock and were over $100 cheaper than Lamberts who had to order one in. My second experience was having my Husqvarna weed eater checked out after getting it back from Lamberts service ($100 +). WORST CUSTMER SERVICE!!. I ordered a part for a sprayer. I sent photos and videos of exactly what I needed. The girl ordered the part and when it came it was the wrong one. They made be pay a re-stocking fee of 20% to return the part because it was a special order. They are very incompetent. These guys won't be in business much longer.
