The ladies who work at front are awesome I provided the details what I wanted. They ordered from Calgary called me and gave the best service. Highly recommended.
I have dealt twice with Mini-Tune in the last couple of months with excellent service. First - I needed a PTO clutch for my Craftsman lawnmower. I talked with Tammy (very pleasant and professional). They had one in stock and were over $100 cheaper than Lamberts who had to order one in. My second experience was having my Husqvarna weed eater checked out after getting it back from Lamberts service ($100 +). WORST CUSTMER SERVICE!!. I ordered a part for a sprayer. I sent photos and videos of exactly what I needed. The girl ordered the part and when it came it was the wrong one. They made be pay a re-stocking fee of 20% to return the part because it was a special order. They are very incompetent. These guys won't be in business much longer.
The way the lady on the phone spoke left me feeling very angry. From reading other msgs, I believe this is the same person. She needs to go through some training to improve her personal skills. I called as many places as possible to avoid purchasing their products. Lambert had what I needed. Thanks to another reviewer! Just avoid this place. Keep your happy vibe.
The lady working the front desk was very knowledgeable and kind, I had brought in a cable off a tiller and she was able to find something similar in stock that i ended up making work! Will be going back!
