I drive a Mini Countryman. I’ve been driving this incredible vehicle for over two and a half months now; through the city alone, with my adult teens, other grown-up children, and the occasional best friend in tow. I dont know how this place conducts business the part department refused to give me part number cause " he assumed ill buy it elsewhere" like that's some sort of top secret information. RIDICULOUS!
Update : shakedown from mini downtown 2 months after driving off the lot with my car, they’re saying they accidentally refunded me $2k and payment is due. I chose Mini Toronto for their good reputation and transparent pricing, but this sours the deal. Essentially, don’t be confident they won’t demand more $$ once you’ve driven off the lot….
