Large variety of options. Reasonable rates.
Always very friendly staff here when I show up, even if it's 5 minutes before closing. This location is a little different from other Lake City Mini Storage sites. This location doesn't have a lot of parking or roadways for moving trucks but they do happen to have a loading dock if you need one! Overall, good company with a lot of options available for storage if they're not sold out!

If I could give them a negative 20 I would. I paid November in full I was a little late but told them when I could pay. Then December is due well when I called to pay November I told him my updated number he said he would update it but didn’t I told him I was sorry I was moving and he wrote down I was leaving the unit which was not true! Jan 4th (the only thing due is 122$-one month (december) with late fee) and they THREW ALL MY STUFF OUT!!! luckily I got ONE sentimental box out of it.
