Meets our storage needs with excellent and simple service! Met with Bryan today to ask questions regarding vacating the unit on a future date, he was very helpful and friendly! I was able to set a date for the deadline to vacate the unit by, and this will ensure that we are not billed again. Highly recommend!
Reba was a pleasure to work with in renting a garage at this location. The location is very clean, convenient, and very move-in friendly. However, in the 2 years I rented here I saw an increase in rent of 120% ($130 to start, last month was $286). When I moved out, no one was working at the front desk so I had to stay downstairs constantly opening the sliding door with my code for the movers as no one was able to keep the door open for myself. Beau is great. Had some issues that I needed help resolving. Called me personally and got me all squared away. 10/10 would recommend this public storage to anyone looking to rent out a space.
