Very helpful and pleasant We went yesterday with several loads. When we got there it was extremely busy with no carts. The attendant was so kind and found us 3 dolly trucks that we used until a cart was available. Super nice!
The people at the office are polite and fine. Karen was great. The policies of Public storage are bait and switch. Attract people then over time have large increases in rates. We went from $89/month to $149, then they informed us it would be $189. Fortunately we could get out. We left mid month and we didn’t get a prorated refund for the second part of the month. “We only prorate for the starting month”. Still a good experience, but only do short term rentals.
