If you have broken pipes leaking into customer units and damaging all their property , that means that, you are NOT ,CLIMATE CONTROLLED ! YOU are falsely leading customers AND will definitely be held responsible ! Whether or not the customer purchased self insurance ! I rated stars to send this review , otherwise this is the worst place to ever deal with!
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! Stay away & find another storage location. They employ a horribly rude, lazy and incompetent employee that hates people and is probably the laziest person I have ever encountered. There are so many choices within 10 miles of this place with curtious employees. This guy that works the front desk will make your life miserable. Not only is he lazy, but SO RUDE to the customers.
