Under the previous owners of this facility, who were friendly, courteous and had an affordable product, we were paying $70 monthly from 10/2024 - 4/2025 for a 6'x10' unit with no additional fees, hidden charges, etc...just a flat $70. Since the new owners, Roll Up Self Storage, have taken ownership, our bill has increased from $70 in April to $77 in May to now $92 in June.
