From the first phone call with Melanie I knew she was just as excited as I was to get me into a Mini Cooper! Melanie was very amiable and helpful with the purchase of our first Mini and at no time during the process did we feel pressurized. She was able to find us what we wanted and we’re very happy with our new car.
Giving my beloved Mini a wholesale price for trade in. (Which the same model same trim same milage is selling 10k more in the market.) Feels like insulting me and not willing to earn the business.
