All interaction with the sales team was professional and straight forward. Very pleased with the experience. The delivery individual did not appear to fully understand the features of the vehicle and insisted that the car was not equipped with the "lane departure" warning nor could it be turned off if it was equipped as the sales person indicated. Melanie was correct that it was so equipped and could be disabled if wanted.
I've known Melanie for about 5 years, and one thing I really appreciate is that she truly remembers and cares about her customers.
