Better late than never!!! I can't fault Mini St Catherines, we dealt with Melanie back in March who was an absolute pleasure to work with, her love for the brand and her recognizing how much I also loved the brand was awesome. My husband and I have been in contact with Ashton a few times over the past month - we have never owned a Mini before so needless to say we had lots of questions. Our salesman, Ashton was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond by moving the car we were interested in out of the showroom so we could take for a test drive! He was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with, he made the process a lot of fun!
We recently just got our first MINI <3 and had a wonderful experience working with Melanie, who was super kind and friendly and very helpful!! She helped me set up a test drive and everything all within a short amount of time, and was really patient with me and explained anything when I needed it (I have had the same car for 10 years haha) I also had a super pleasant experience with Denise!
