I had a very good experience with the staff at Mini Price Storage. Everyone has been very helpful, including Rhonda, who helped me get ready to close out my unit. The units are clean and in good condition. The only criticism I have is with regard to how they change their pricing for existing customers over time. It’s understandable that they need to increase pricing periodically, but they ended up charging me more for my unit than the base price they offer to new customers- to be clear, I’m talking about the base price, not ... read more
The mangers at the Short Pump, Va facility were extremely kind. They were also reassuring about all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend to anyone in need of a climate controled storage unit.
