Dealership finance managers won't contact me back to cancel my Road Hazard Warranty. When I contacted the dealership the first time to do so, I was connected with a finance manager almost immediately. When I spoke with them, they immediately interrupted me, and stated that I needed to contact the financial institution that the loan was through. I could not choose no stars or I would have. I purchased a certified used 2019 mini clubman with some factory warranty still remaining. I was told that my iphone worked with the car, but as it turns out that was a deceptive characterization. Who knew that "works with your iphone" did not mean appleplay? Not me. I bought my car from them 8 months ago and it has been in the repair shop 3 different times. The warranty coverage doesn't cover much. I've had to pay out of pocket each time. The salesman was very pushy. When we purchased the car they told us if we ever needed repairs done they would provide a loaner which was a lie. WORST PLACE EVER!!!

Purchased new 2011 Mini Cooper here and will never never take my car here again or purchase another vehicle here due their poor service department. Took my 2011 Mini in due to check engine light and miss firing. They did a diagnostic and told me me that I needed a new engine and quoted me $17,008.58 for a new engine. Car had 86,000 miles on it and they did not perform or recommend looking at valves, doing a compression check or any other diagnostics. Said it just was not worth it. Buyer Beware. Short story long is they do not inspect their vehicles for potential problems or disclose them if they did so know what you're looking at or get it checked out before you buy. I didn't do my due diligence and now have a truck I've owned for 4 days that I cant drive sitting at Ford waiting on $2400 repair. Sales person didnt even know what a turbo was when I was asking about the truck. At the end of the day I bought it as-is and thats on me. But I wish I would have had someone look at it.

I forced to trade my Mini Cooper I brought my car in to Motorwerks for a minor issue and Motorwerks worked on it …and they caused it to have major issues which caused me to have to trade my Mini for a 2017 Ford escape. I drove my mini Cooper in for a minor and it was a Undrivable.I was very upset I traded in my car June 2, 2022 .By July 3rd my check engine light came on and I called Motorworks Jake **** he told me to take it to Ford. I was inquiring about a 2017 ***** that I saw on the website. The Internet manager( ***************************), sent me an email. I honestly was going to pay cash for this car, but I changed my mind. A few days later the same manager sent a follow up email. I then asked if they had any vehicles that were priced around $10,000, he replied "No we do not!" and removed the link from the previous car that I asked for. This was soo unprofessional... I will not buy any cars from this jerk...
