On May 31,2024 I returned my leased Mini Country Man 2024 to the dealership in impeccable shape. I had a 0 balance and signed off that I returned the vehicle. I spoke to the Manager sharing that I didn’t want to deal with them due to robbing and lying to me for 3 years! Buying a truck from this *** dealership turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The transmission completely failed just a week after purchase, leaving me stranded and incredibly frustrated.It's appalling that a supposedly reputable dealership would sell a vehicle with such a critical defect. The general sales manager made our buying experience very difficult and stressful. My wife and I were in the market for a ******* navigator. Dealership finance managers won't contact me back to cancel my Road Hazard Warranty. When I contacted the dealership the first time to do so, I was connected with a finance manager almost immediately. When I spoke with them, they immediately interrupted me, and stated that I needed to contact the financial institution that the loan was through. Unfortunately being a black women with great credit (805) the financial department took my car and made it to where it looks likes I placed only $3400. down and made my payments $398 a month. The deal was I was leasing 2022 Mini Countryman black (33,000), they couldn't sell me the black for some reason, but had a blue one for 36,000. The financial Manager reported since we can't sell you the black we will give you the blue one for the same price as the black. I was so happy (I thought). I took my Mini Cooper Countryman 2014 in for repair at Mini Cooper of Wesley Chapel and was told my air conditioning compressor needed to be replaced! The tech even sent me a video explaining what needed to be done and the cost of the job would be $3700.00. I brought my care to the dealer because I thought the dealer was someone you could TRUST!!!
