I didn't know this business had done this before reading FTC v. Passport Automotive Group****** They should be fined again. They are still up to these practices. My visit on 9/20/2025 is proof. They sold me a pre owned vehicle that ran for 3 weeks. After MANY inspections it was found that the AIRBAGS, SEAT SENSORS, CATALYTIC CONVERTER, TRUNK LATCH, BATTERY SENSOR, ALTERNATOR, and TIRES were all bad. Bought my Mini August 2nd 2024 and was in great shape. Took it to Motorwreks Mini at end is September for just an oil change and got my bill and a novel with parts that needed to be replaced of $8144 which ok maybe they did their job. On May 31,2024 I returned my leased Mini Country Man 2024 to the dealership in impeccable shape. I had a 0 balance and signed off that I returned the vehicle. I spoke to the Manager sharing that I didn’t want to deal with them due to robbing and lying to me for 3 years! Buying a truck from this *** dealership turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The transmission completely failed just a week after purchase, leaving me stranded and incredibly frustrated.It's appalling that a supposedly reputable dealership would sell a vehicle with such a critical defect. I brought my 2009 Mini Cooper to be serviced for a headlight malfunction. I was told I needed a new "footwell control module". I paid the $1500 for the repair, and has been functioning correctly ever since. However, 3 days after the repair, there was a recall notice sent out by Mini specifically on the footwell control module. The general sales manager made our buying experience very difficult and stressful. My wife and I were in the market for a ******* navigator.
