I've been bringing my Clubman here since I bought it, and I always receive excellent service. Allen is a pleasure to work with. He's friendly, attentive, courteous, and professional.
Justin helped me build the car from start to finish and handled everything efficiently. Kept up to date while the car was being built. Car was delivered ahead of schedule and I would definitely buy another MINI from them but I’ll keep the one I’ve got for a while!
I just recently moved to Pennsylvania a year and a half ago and I thought that the Towson MD location was the only location. I went there to have my Mini Cooper Clubman serviced and the service and communication with the service reps and manager was Stellar! Top Notch! Love my Mini and Mini of Towson service center is very responsive, respectful and knowledgeable.
Allen, the porter who’s name I didn’t catch and and Ellen were all great! Stopping in for a service couldn’t be easier and more through. I felt like the quality of turnaround and the detailing for the car are immaculate. Truly one of the perks of Mini ownership is returning back to the dealership because it’s a great time every visit!
