went in to look at a mazda, nick immediately had the car ready for us to check out when we arrived (we called the day prior). while the mazda wasn’t great (rusty under the hood) nick was quick to answer questions and even had the tech come out to chat. since the mazda didn’t work out nick showed us a few different vehicles in network for us to look at, he pulled a BMW that we ended up loving, he was very friendly and answered a lot of questions, ensuring that we loved every detail of the car, made sure to address and respect... read more
Ernesto the salesman was great. However buying the vehicle from AutoNation was not a good experience. 1st. Their “150 point” inspection is a sham. I had to bring the truck back the very next day to have the windshield wiper line installed. Did they comp my gas? Nope. 20+ mile trip as well. 2nd. The vehicle (ram 1500) had an exhaust manifold leak - literally a cracked manifold. 150 point inspection, yea right. 3rd. The steering wheel needed an ecu flash to get it up to date. My Wife and I found a very nice Chevy Silverado at Mini of The Woodlands this past Saturday, March 8th and decided to proceed with the purchase of the vehicle. We did the common waiting around to see which lenders would approve us and was told that we were approved by Flagship Credit acceptance at a good APR given our current credit rating (we are in the process of re-building our credit) to which news we were delighted.
