Was looking for a used van for a few months and found one at their dealership. Sent my wife and daughter to see if they liked the van and if it was something they would like. Jose Castanon took care of them and went above and beyond the call of duty. Kuddos to him and the whole team. We love our "new to us" van and the great service everyone provided . They're great from start to finish . Will be purchasing from them if again if the need arises . 11/10 would recommend. Y'all keep up the great work.
Overall excellent experience, Purchased a Mercedes Benz that was brought up to The Woodlands from a sister AutoNation Mercedes Benz dealership down Houston. The salesman, James Fife was excellent and did all the work getting the car brought here and ready to test drive and purchase….etc. No add ons - no attempt at add ons and the price was fair and per multiple sources I was using a great deal. In April, while my initial contact with Ernesto was great. He made promises that haven’t been kept. I paid cash for my son’s first car at your dealership. At the time of purchase, I was assured that floor mats would be provided. This was an important detail for me, especially since this is his very first car. Months later, I’m still waiting for those mats. I’ve followed up multiple times, but the promise has not been fulfilled.
