From start to finish this buying experience was amazing. I would recommend James Fife to everyone for sales, Aaron and Jose the best sales managers to deal with and James in finance made it quick and easy. After care has been smooth and perfect. James Fife Jr. has been on top of customer service since we first inquired back in December. He was not pushy, just made sure to check in at the right times. Once we decided to go in to test drive a particular car, James was ready to walk through the process with us. We arrived at 3:30pm, and left with our new JCW by 6pm! JF Jr, Aaron and James the finance guy were over the top amazing! We did not feel pushed, we felt part of the family. Thank you Auto Nation Mini of The Woodlands! We will be back for another!
The whole team went above & beyond.. As a newcomer to the Mini family, the onboarding process was incredibly important to me. since the beginning James’s attitude was amazing, he explained every detail calmly and made sure I fully understood the specifics of the vehicle, also I never felt rushed. It was clear that James was more focused on helping me make the right decision for my specific needs rather than just "closing a sale." I'm so happy I landed on such great brand with incredible people that will take care of me.

If there were 10 stars available, I would gladly give all 10. This is without question the best MINI dealership in the Houston area. After a very disappointing experience at another MINI dealership, my wife and I came here and immediately felt the difference.
