The buying process was very tedious. I bought a used Chrysler PAcifica. I drove from Dallas to Conroe to buy this. The car had issues the day after i bought it. They say they have a 125 point checklist for checking the car condition but its not good. The car's ev range is ony 25 (supposed to be 32). Getting some clicking sound because of AC actuator fault. They sold me a warranty with the promise that its for 4 years but unlimited miles but when i actually looked at the paperwork, its only for 48k miles. When i called to ask... read more
Their professional service manager got upset when I asked what the diagnosis fee was for when they couldn't tell me what's wrong with my car without running other tests, why am I paying you $250 for a 13 point inspection that I don't want, I want to know what's wrong with my vehicle, they can't tell me what's wrong without running a $500 test, after which I told them, I didn't want, they ran it anyway, stripped out all my spark plugs. And overfield , my car with oil , then kicked it out of the shop and made me driving off th... read more
