Good luck speaking to an actual human being (that’s not in sales). 12 calls over the course of 9 days and the best they can do when they finally answer is quickly transfer you to an open line or a VM that is never returned.
UPDATE Jan 2026 :: Dave, the service manager, reached out and helped make things right. He admitted they missed the mark initially and took responsibility for how everything was handled. After taking another look at my car, they confirmed the alternator was the issue and replaced it at cost, which I do appreciate. Because of that, I’m updating my rating from 1 to 3 stars. I took my 2011 Mini to this dealer for evaluation. I knew I needed a new thermostat. I ended up not doing the repairs because the cost was much higher than the value of the vehicle. I bought a used Mini from another dealer, and that dealer did not have the right screws for the license plate. The mechanic from Mini of the Main Line came with the correct screws and installed my license plate for me free of charge. I will be returning there!
Went in wanting to see a couple of options found online to possibly purchase, had driven a mini a few months before and my current vehicle is soon to be unreliable. Found a great deal on a low mileage used mini, here with great friendly customer service from Darius.
You get a video of what services you need with your car with the technician that is working on your car. A very nice feature for creating trust with their customers. But the prices are crazy, they’re special for an oil change is $120. They’re special?? Any other place does it with the same oil and filter for $60 or less standard.
