Highly disappointed service.
“The service was very disappointing. The staff lacked professionalism, communication was poor, and the overall experience did not meet expectations. Unprofessional staff.
On August 8, 2025, I bought a car at this store and got to know a salesperson there, Daniel Young. He is very professional and patient; he's the kind of employee any company would love to have. I only chatted with him online for half an hour, but I felt I could trust him. If it weren't for him, I probably wouldn't have driven two hours to his store to buy a car.
We purchased my first Mini Cooper and Darius helped make it an enjoyable, easy experience. He answered all our questions and negotiated an excellent deal, better than other surrounding dealers.
I had an amazing experience with Darius Tuller and the rest of the Mini team recently! I came in initially to get my 2020 Countryman serviced and walked out with a brand new 2025 Countryman with all the features with no money down. The service was great and I felt comfortable asking questions and voicing my concerns. They were even able to work with me and get my monthly payments lower. I'm excited to continue with this dealership in the future!
