I love my car and my recent service experience. The team takes great care - and it’s so easy to schedule.
I recently had an oil change for my Countryman and glad I went directly to Mini of the Main Line. Their professionalism is outstanding. Everyone is courteous, service was done in a timely manner and I received a video of the car’s tires being checked out with a verbal report. On top of that the car was thoroughly washed and a loaner car is provided if needed. All for the same cost as going elsewhere for just an oil change. Highly recommended!
Awesome experience. Rochelle was great. As soon as my car was finished they notified me. They even offered transportation and washed my car!
Outstanding sales and finance teams. They made obtain g a new car carefree and pleasurable .
Everyone was great just took a long time but the team communicated with me every step of the way. Would be great if the hit the inside of the car with a vacuum when they wash it.
