The Mini of the main line did come through for me at the end by giving me more for my trade and 4000 dollars off the MRSP. I have loved the car from afar for a long time and glad I finally bought one!
Absolutely horrendous experience -- from start to finish. Bottom line up front: do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this dealership! I was looking for a car for my daughter's 17th birthday. I found a 2020 Mini Cooper S on their website, spoke to a salesman, and drove 90 minutes to the dealership for a test drive. The salesman was terrible, knew nothing about the car, and lied about its condition. After haggling with the sales manager and reaching a deal, I was told to return the following day at noon.
