I bought a used car at Mini of Stevens Creek. The salesperson, Luis, was cordial and accommodating. When we were directed to the finance manager, that is when the deal went south. When we got into Mo's office he immediately began to try to sell us option coverage for maintenance and collision. We politely declined and that's when he became hostile and belligerent.
