Word is bond. Auto Nations Mini of Stevens Creek the worst violator this. Keeping your word is what distinguished a good business from a bad one, a man from a coach *****. This review is about the ****************** at Stevens Creek Mini. - Horrendous Service I am extremely dissatisfied with the service my vehicle has received at Mini of Stevens Creek.On June 28, 2024, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and authorized a $1,050.48 60,000-mile checkup. I bought a used car at Mini of Stevens Creek. The salesperson, Luis, was cordial and accommodating. When we were directed to the finance manager, that is when the deal went south. When we got into Mo's office he immediately began to try to sell us option coverage for maintenance and collision. We politely declined and that's when he became hostile and belligerent.
