I can honestly say - my experience is not what I would have expected. I did not ask for an inspection - I asked for written estimates and received videos - trying to get through to anyone was impossible. When I would ask questions the service adviser would defer to my husband - who does not own the car - I do. I even had to ask him to stop corresponding to my husband because I was the owner and all decisions were mine to make.
