Just a helpful tip for all of my fellow Mini Cooper owners :) Beware of this location They are crooks. I was told by them I needed a new battery plus a multitude of things I didn’t need… I had already gotten a new battery 6months ago. Also funny because it says the date on my new battery. LOL Also…there is ZERO communication. Then I get accused of holding on to the loaner when the entire time I had my loaner I have proof of text messages and emails of me asking on the status of my car. I have visited TWICE for my car. My car will not start when it gets hot and there are multiple accompanying check engine lights so I visited the dealership to check it out. They could not recreate the situation and since it "does not happen very often", they could do nothing about it. I think that goes to show the degree of care and competence that the workers display.
