I had 60k service the other day it took me 5hrs to get my car back and offer 2 days the check engine light and the rectangular sign were on on the dashboard, 👎

My service agent, Gadi, was wonderful to work with - listening, recommending, timely follow up and getting the service completed as promised. The Mini service area was comfortable and clean/organized. So wonderful to have a dedicated service space again for Minis to get serviced in San Francisco…yay! So very grateful!

I came in today (6/18/24) for a wheel repair (scratched/curb rash) on my brand new 2024 SE and Vincent was my service advisor. SF Mini outsources their wheel repairs and upon completion and my inspection, I was not 100% satisfied with the workmanship. You could see the difference in the original black paint and the repair work (not same color/shine) and it had almost a "bleed" too it. Needless to say, poor work!
