I had an extremely positive experience with Mini of San Francisco on May 22, 2026. I brought my Mini in for routine service and repairs that day. When I went to retrieve my car, I was unpleasantly surprised by the total of the bill. It didn't match what I had been seeing on message links estimates and I then asked to speak to a manager.
