Not a good day today with Mini service. On vacation from New York. My 2020 mini cooper S suddenly says change transmission oil. I call one week in advance to make an appointment, they confirm a transmission oil service. I show up on time at Mini for my appointment. They take the car. Three hours later service calls me and lets me know there isn’t any transmission oil available. Three hours waiting. They say can’t to the job until October. Don’t get it.
