Friendly and easygoing staff.
Brought in my R59 and was provided great service and communication. My advisor added on some promotions I wasn’t aware of and arranged for transportation to and from the dealership. I was sent videos of my inspection the technicians took with them explaining all they found. No surprises. Everything was very straightforward. Definitely coming back here for service in the future.

I've been going to this great team for years. The service is unbeatable and they really make sure to make you feel like a VIP! My MINI would not be as awesome as it is without the support of the staff here. Thank you Anthony, Johnny, & Richie for always taking such great care of me and my 2006 baby. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with MINI of San Diego’s Parts & Service department, particularly because what should have been a relatively simple issue has now turned into weeks of calls and follow-up with no resolution. I live approximately 2.5 hours from San Diego and originally scheduled an appointment to have interior protection applied to my MINI.
