Being a mini or BMW owner is being a part of a family, with the dealership and other mini owners .The finance manager Matt and the sales associate who sold me my suv Crystal . So professional, patient and every promise they made they kept . Even when i was leaving my charger didnt fit she even gave me a new charger this lady went above and beyond to work with me and my work hours even stayed late her ,Matt and the service dept . Thank you guys job well done !!!!

Had the most disturbing experience at Mini of Rochester service. They inspected my car and told me that I needed tires and brakes I got the tires, but the price for the brakes (one axel) was $1,000. I thought that was unacceptably high, so I took my Mini to another reputable shop that has done brake work for me before. That shop told me my brakes were fine and did not need to be replaced! I will not go back to the dealer again.
Pleasant environment. Sales consultant Crystal was engaging and easy to communicate with during process.
