Had the most disturbing experience at Mini of Rochester service. They inspected my car and told me that I needed tires and brakes I got the tires, but the price for the brakes (one axel) was $1,000. I thought that was unacceptably high, so I took my Mini to another reputable shop that has done brake work for me before. That shop told me my brakes were fine and did not need to be replaced! I will not go back to the dealer again.
Pleasant environment. Sales consultant Crystal was engaging and easy to communicate with during process.
I’ve always liked this place for how efficiently they handle things. Although there was a small issue with our appointment this time, it was resolved very quickly. The staff had a great attitude and provided excellent service 😊😊😊
