Service advisor Mark did a great job. Had a weird issue covered under NY emmisions Warranty, he got the part it in. Had a problem on my end with my phone and he stuck with it. Straight to the point guy, Nice work.

I love Mini but I refuse to buy from them or let them anywhere near my Mini ! Was ripped off to many times by the former owner ( Dorschel ) and their mechanics never failed to break 3 things for every one thing they fixed ! AVOID AND GO TO BUFFALO!!
I can’t say enough great things about Mini of Rochester! I recently purchased a used Cooper S from Caleb. Caleb was able to answer all of my detailed questions quickly and throughly. He even was helping me on his days off! I would buy another car from him in the future, he is a pleasure to work with. Mike the sales manager was fair and easy to work with as well.
