Throughout my dealings here they have been out front and professional about everything I absolutely love the service I get here they call you back when they say they will and all the services visors are really good people It's a great atmosphere definitely 10 out of 10 would recommend
I had made an appointment with a sales rep to come test drive/purchase a used Mini Countryman. They went out of their way to confirm with me, asked me to call if I was even 5 minutes late, etc. I was specific about the used car I was interested in, Especially since I live 90 miles away and it would be a 4 hour round trip drive. One of their sleazy folks over in service. Convinced my girlfriend who went in the alone because I was in class, That she needed Spark plugs on a newer low mile 2020 mini countryman with 20,000 miles when she went in for an oil change. If you know anything about cars, that’s unacceptable. They also threatened to not inspect her car because her windshield wipers were “not good” They were charging around $300 to replace the wipers.
