Slow....going on 2 hours for a scheduled oil change on my Mini Cooper
Horrible customer service, managers that ignore issues, and a dealership that should be avoided at all costs. I had my Mini in for some pretty extensive and expensive service in June. I was offered a loaner since they'd have the car for over a week and I live more than 30mi away from the dealership. Not a big deal right? Well after a $4,600 repair bill, they stuck me with the bill for the loaner from Enterprise and it took from June until October before anyone called me back or even acknowledged there was a problem.
