Hector is amazing. Always helpful and finds solutions for his clients. I didn't know my new tires had a warranty and when I emailed him to let him know I had a slow leak, he set me up with an appointment and a loaner so I could go to work while they switched out my tire for the cost of labor. Definitely made my day that I didn't have to tell my husband I was buying another $300 tire again 😆
