Went in for a simple oil change and suddenly my car needs over 1500 dollars in repair work done. The oil change also took over an hour and a half. Don't go here for service they are going to try and scare you into spending a lot of money. Edit since they want to claim innocence. They were going to charge 500 dollars to replace the front break pads only. Those cost only 30-40 to get. They claimed a wheel alignment issue that on the multi point test was given a green check. Great experience. Pick up and drop off was smooth, was kept abreast of service and my car was promptly returned.
My wife experienced an issue with her hatchback. I called Keith and as usual he arranged for us to bring it in at our convenience. Keith and his team were there to meet us and did a great job with the repairs. I have been very pleased with Onyx due primarily to the service we receive from Keith Marshall. This is the second car we've committed to having them service for us.
Keith did a great job of keeping me informed while my car was in for servicing. He's both friendly and professional and I can count on him to let me know what's happening along the way.
