I went to Mini of Nashville to lease a Mini Countryman S and I had an excellent experience. My salesperson, Chris Uhles, was first rate. He was thoroughly knowledgeable about the vehicle and incredibly patient with my myriad of questions. More broadly, the dealership was immaculately maintained, including the service bays which were the cleanest I’ve ever seen.
Chris Uhles was extremely helpful when my wife and I came to test drive a Mini Countryman. Very informative, definitely knows what he's talking about and is able to answer pretty much any questions you might have. I don't know if we'll end to buying the car, but a great dealership experience has a huge role in the purchasing decision for us. And if you've ever dealt with a bad dealer, I'm sure you understand the importance of a kind, customer-service oriented dealer. Great job!
