Took over an hour to get a battery purchase at the parts department. And then after I got purchased, they did not even have the battery ready for me for the entire time that I’ve been waiting in the lobby. They had to then walk over to BMW to get the battery. But if that is too much work for them, so they sent a message to a parts runner from BMW to bring it over. 15 minutes later, no parts delivery person has brought it over. Avoid this location.
