I'm a car guy, but my least favorite part is buying at a dealer. Working with Devin to buy my daughter a new Mini however, was a terrific experience. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and really figured out what was best for our family. Big fan.
I had leased a 2024 Mini Cooper S Countryman ALL4 just over a year ago. It fit the needs I had at the time to downsize my daily driver to fit in parking garages better in the downtown area. Even though I loved the design of the 2024, there were some features that came out in the new 2025 that I really wanted. Honestly, I hate this place. And every time I drive by the only thing that comes into my mind is how terrible it was. Years ago I desperately wanted a manual mini and wanted to test drive one. I remember so clearly a salesman telling me I probably couldn't drive it and needed to consider automatic. When I told him I drove there in a manual he told me automatics could shift faster and better than anything I could ever be capable of. Then he promptly turned around and walked away.
