Every experience I have had at mini has been exceptional. This is the second car buying experience I have had with Devin. He made the entire experience seamless. Nothing but fun, professional, and attentive. The service department has always gone above and beyond. Zimran and Colton always make sure communication is spot on and honest. A+ team
They were extremely rude and they were way too expensive for a simple diagnostic test.
Friendly customer service...takes sincere action to resolve issues. Though,the service department is NOT open Saturday. (A change of hours during "Covid",go figure!) This is real inconvenient, having to miss work,to bring car in for service.
MINI of Murray is a fantastic dealership! I worked with Lexi and a few other team members, everyone was genuine and friendly. I had a great experience. Lexi navigated the sales process really well. There was no pressure and the conversation was genuine—I didn't feel like another sales quota to hit. The sales floor is also fun and modern. Overall an A+ experience. If you're considering a car that's available at MINI of Murray, I'd highly recommend stopping by.
