I went to get parts and they were helpful, efficient and friendly!
Got me in right away, great customer service!!
Took in for a warranty fix on the gear shifter. They told me I had an oil leak to replace a timing cover it would be $1000. Took it to mechanic he said 1 if it was the timing cover it would be more then $1000 no matter where you go with that specific model he called around said it would be $3000 ish. He then said 2nd it’s not even the timing cover just looks like your plugs and oil filter have a small leak so he did an oil change and replaced the plugs for $150 had been great since. Was interested in a JCW they still have on the lot tried to talk to an employee but they ignored me, two others walked past was on the lot for 40 minutes no help. Guess they like looking at their cars more than selling?
Prices are high and service is extremely expensive but the staff is friendlier than any other Mini dealer I have visited previously. If you need OEM parts this dealer is the best I have yet found. Update: I have tried to purchase a new vehicle with this dealership however, they have excessive deposit requirements and fees associated. Be prepared to fork over a large chunk of cash to reserve a new vehicle.
