Today, I came to MINI of Murray to service my 2020 MINI Clubman. I recently moved to Utah from South Florida. My service here was the best I have ever received in the 5 years that I have owned my vehicle. Colton Baxter was a pleasure to work with.
I ordered my brand new Mini Countryman here. I worked with Harrison manly for my purchase but I had conversations with everyone else in the dealership and they are all so helpful. This was my first new car purchase so it was a big one for me. I really took my time but I never felt rushed or pushed. I just call the parts department. I had to call several times because every time they didn’t wanna talk and they hanged the phone. I couldn’t order what I needed. I’ll just buy it online. The worst costumer service from the whole team especially that guy Dakota. Waste of time. They don’t try to help you.
My son found a used Subaru at Mini of Murray with low mileage. Although we weren’t buying a new Mini Cooper, our salesperson, Devin, treated us as though we were. He was so professional and had done extensive research on Subarus and shared tons of info. He definitely wasn’t your typical high pressure salesperson but provided us with a printed detailed price of the vehicle and made us feel at ease without the negotiation process that some dealerships use.
