I should preface by saying the rep they sent me to upon arrival looked like he was in training so the person near him took over when I started asking questions... my right... it's my vehicle! Also didn't leave a bad review earlier this year hoping my first bad experience was isolated until it happened again! Manipulative and condescending reps, looking for money grabs however big or small, and spewing out whatever lies they can get away with until you swipe to pay.
