Great car buying experience....ask for Tom.
I brought my Mini in to get my wheel cover replaced. They left off the hardware, so it came loose and shredded on the drive home. After I sent them pictures, they agreed to refund the money for repairs, but never did. They also told me I needed a new ignition switch, but the real issue was that they didn't tighten the battery terminal enough. Charged me for an unnecessary repair and screwed up the repair I asked for. Don't trust this shop.
Mini if Mount Laurel was A great car buying experience. All staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure working with the sales staff, management, and finance department. I have no complaints
