Thomas Crone is great. If you buy there, talk to him. He was kind and no pressure, really laid back, honest. I would give this 5 stars but although Tom was great, the manager and money parts took a looooong time, although everyone was nice in the process. Give yourself a lot of time when buying. 4.5 stars.

We worked with Beau and he was absolutely awesome! He made the whole process smooth, fast, and stress-free. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The facility was clean and welcoming, and the loan officer was also super kind and helpful. Everyone took the time to answer our questions in detail, and overall the process was quick and seamless. Would definitely recommend!
I went here to get a car. It was a trade that was perfect for me. They explained that it needed brakes and oil change and they were working on it as I did paperwork. I agreed to a price. They brought the paperwork and we finalized. It took 7 hours. After I got home I noticed that they had changed all of the pricing we agreed on AFTER I had signed. STOP!!!!!!!! 1 phone call with the service department was all I needed to realize I shouldn't expect much in terms of transparency. I wanted to know why they charged $752 for an oil filter and gave descriptions like "critical, severe, and heavy oil leak," yet they neither checked, topped off, nor changed the oil after installation. The car was 1 full quart low just a few days later. I recommend you not do business with MINI of Las Vega, they are not honest. I was charged $2,200 to not fix a problem. I took my MINI Clubman to MINI of Las Vegas because of a loud rubbing noise coming from the front right of the car. In reviewing the problem with the service advisor, I pointed out that though not a mechanic, I am an engineer who has been around plenty of failing motor and pump bearings and this did not sound like a bearing problem.
