Karen Kliaz assisted my son pick out a used car over the weekend. Karen was nice enough to have the car inspected, fueled up, and detailed when we arrived first thing in the morning. The entire process from sales to finance was quick and stress free.
I purchased a CPO MINI Cooper S yesterday, working with Brian Keener, and it was the smoothest car purchase I've done. I looked at three cars and never felt like I was being rushed. Once I made the decision to purchase Brian was communicative throughout the process. Everyone was really nice and the finance portion went quickly. Also, the space was comfortable and clean.
I bought my first mini cooper in 2012 and it was the perfect car for over 14 years so I decided to buy my new mini about a month ago. Karen Kliaz was instrumental in making my experience the best ever. He found me the car of my dreams and explained the purchase process patiently and thoroughly. I have been having the best time with my 2026 model (so many upgrades!) and look forward to many years of happy motoring. Many thanks to you, Karen. You made the experience perfect!
