I went to this dealership to look at a used Toyota Highlander. I ended up buying it. Karen Kliaz is very helpful and very polite. He gave us directions for the test drive (We are from out of town). He offered us refreshments. He helped us understand the numbers and the paperwork. I would definitely recommend him.
Prior to going to Mini Gaithersburg, I went to Mini Sterling. Long story short, we had the worst experience!! Mr. Karen Kliaz in Gaithersburg, my sales consultant, helped me lease my new Countryman.
