Please don't go to this dealership. I bought a Mini Cooper S two years ago and purchased a maintenance plan. After using the car for a year, I decided to sell it. I've dealt with numerous dealerships in the past and I have to tip my hat to Mini of Monrovia. Cold called General Manager to say, cut to the chase and made an offer. Deal was done in several hours, including call to signing. We're probably atypical consumers that we conducted our research on the car...knew our price and what we wanted. Our salesman, Collin, was top notch!
Excellent customer service, highly recommend Collin. They have a wide range of different minis to choose from. We like to buy our cars here and have them serviced here. It's a great dealership; highly recommend.
I bought my mini here in 2022 and have been bringing it in for various services ever since. My experiences have been consistently lovely. The staff are all kind, courteous, and efficient. Truly the best dealership I've ever been to.
