I have to say we r such lucky guys !!!because we came to Monrovia dealership and find Collin!!the best salesman I’ve ever met .at first we was just came for the test drive and see how it goes .but He was extremely patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. A friend of mine purchased their vehicle though this dealership (VALERIE) and I must so I was so taken by the service she was given by Collin Cocores that I’m writing a review. He did his due diligence in making sure she got everything that she not only needed but wanted. 5 stars is not enough to compliment the service he provided sooo happy with the vehicle and service top notch go check em out!
My very first car purchase was completed perfectly with Mr. Collin’s help! I bought a 2023 Mini Cooper 2-Door CPO. At first, I thought the service at the dealership for a CPO car might not be very attentive. Mini of Monrovia is by far the best dealer out there from start to finish!!! My sales person Collin, was a complete pleasure to deal with. I had been dealing with 2 other dealers prior to finding Collin and he by far over delivered in the entire process. Not only did he get me the best deal of all the other dealerships, he went farther by doing some custom painting of my wheels, a free loaner car as well as explain every item the car had to offer down to the last detail.
