I purchased my used Model S here. Working with Collin was great. He was friendly, responsive, and had everything ready very quickly. Unfortunately, the dealership's preparation of the vehicle was a completely different story. The detailers did an awful job. Attached is a photo of what the hood looked like the first time I saw it in direct sunlight. The entire car is covered in polishing marks and swirl marks from a terrible buffing job. CAUTION: If you’re planning to buy a brand-new vehicle from here, please be extra careful. I purchased a green Mini Cooper from MINI of Monrovia about 4 years ago, believing it was a brand-new car. Everything seemed fine until today, when I tried to sell it to another dealer.
