LUIS from mini cooper parts department was rude when we decided to return a part we bought 2 days ago. Stating with a high voice that if he wanted to he would not accept a returned … there’s a big sign that says we can returned parts at 20% deduction.. He needs to follow rules & not get emotional when doing what he supposed to do … we can return anything we want.
I bought a 2025 Mini Countryman from Colin. It was by far my most satisfying car-buying experience ever. Colin is a first rate sales person, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick with the paperwork. I got a great deal on a beautiful car.
Initially, we were elated with their service. They were friendly, accommodating and informative. 6 weeks later... We still don't have the registration from the DMV and no one at the dealership will even help us. They were made aware that we wanted to refinance with our bank, but we can't do that without the legal registration document. So disappointed.
No one answers the phone, texts, or, emails
Honestly, I have never had a bad experience with this dealership. I don't think I will ever go anywhere else.
