For the most part had a super pleasant experience. Our service person left a little to be desired. He was abrupt, brusque and I felt very condescending to me. He did not treat my husband that same way. If this person would have treated me with respect, I would have left 5 stars. Everyone else there was very pleasant to work with, especially Heidi! The work on my vehicle went as smoothly as expected.
They are always professional. And Bill is the best! Really appreciate that have loaner car.
Major vibration and horrible sounds coming from the front right wheel area. Tech Jesus drove with me in passenger to get a feel for the issue. We were less than a couple of miles into the drive when he said he thought it was the upper motor mount. We stopped long enough for him to check visually and even I could see it was hosed. Mini replaced the upper motor mount and from brake pads. My 2016 S now feels like it did when I bought it 9 years ago. I'm grateful for this fix! My only complaint: I dropped the car on Thursday. I had an outstanding experience at the MINI Dealership in Marin. The service team was on point,timely, friendly, and helpful. They set me up with a great loaner, which doubled as a perfect chance to test-drive the new Countryman. Smooth process start to finish.
I am super happy that I came here to get my car serviced the right price and I was going to pay $275 for the service but turns out that Orlando didn't want me to pay for this price instead of 1 just $147 for the rest of the service and I waited for 4 hours and get to look at other mini coopers and had so many questions for my first time here..
