I called MINI OF LOVELAND yesterday hoping they had a replacement for the cord system that was currently in my 2010 mini cooper. The attachement I had bought for the 30 pin connector that attached my phone to both the sound system AND the cigarette lighter so I could play spotify and charge my phone at the same time, had frayed so badly that I had to toss it after about 10 years. I appreciate the personalized service I receive at Mini of Loveland. They have a loaner program and are open on Saturday. It's a better fit for me than local, independent repair shops in Greeley. I'd rate Mini of Lovland a five if some of the repair recommendations would be prioritized and a bit more detailed. I will definitely keep using them for service and repairs.
I took my 2016 MINI Countryman to MINI of Loveland in December 2024 because my check engine light was on. After a diagnostic, they gave me a long list of issues and told me repairs were urgent: Washer pump leaking Battery discharge and undervoltage faults Valve cover leaking at PCV Faulty crankcase vent heater (they said I needed a new intake tube) Timing chain stretched past minimum spec They quoted roughly $4,300 for everything. Great service and friendly staff. Got my new and my old Mini serviced here. I like that they share videos of the vehicle inspection so you can see what they’re looking at. I prefer to drive an hour north here, than servicing my car in Denver 30 mins away
