While their prices on parts are pretty good in comparison to other vendors, communication really needs work. After placing an order for parts such as floor mats, body clips, and new emblems for an R50 Cooper, it took about 6 days for them to see my order only for it to be cancelled without a message as to why. Prior to that, I did message them asking for a rough time frame of when the parts order might process through and never received an answer until I got a cancellation email. Had to order some replacement parts for my 2013 Mini, found this web site to be cheaper than going to my local Mini dealership. Web page was easy to navigate, the only problem I had was handled quickly when I called and spoke to parts department.
