Start to finish the service dept @ Mini of Glencoe's is 10 stars out of 5!!! I purchased my Mini at the Naperville dealership & was told I was obligated to have my extended maintenance serviced only there. My brakes required a service appt & Naperville wouldn't honor the pre-paid pick up and delivery service, so that sent me to Glencoe. I'm SO glad that happened cuz Glencoe is AWESOME! Had a fantastic buying experience with Glencoe Mini. Did a virtual test drive and was able to handle all the paperwork online. Had the car transported 8 hours away and had zero snags.
