Top notch service! Justin and Cesar from the service department were warm, professional and went above and beyond. I brought my Mini S convertible in for a Cilajet treatment and again for a tire repair (city pothole) and was quite pleased with the result. I brought in my 2008 Mini Cooper S for a recall and also asked the team to diagnose a hard start issue. The service manager and technician were both professional, communicative, and genuinely tried to help. They replaced the in-tank fuel pump, which showed weak pressure, and although the pressure improved, the hard start issue unfortunately remained unresolved.
