Would've given zero star if I could. Had a very small crack on the front windshield. Called in 3 times to schedule the service. Didn't ask for my name to schedule the service. Talked about everything. Drove 20 miles in the morning to hear them saying there's no repair on the windshield only replacement. They could've told me three times when I called the service department. I could've called my insurance and consulted them. But no I had to drive all the way to them to tell me this two words. I have to Thank Ms. Briana Nadir for her knowledge & professionalism & restoring my faith back in this Mini Service department. Big thanks to Zain & the mechanic 🧰 who diagnosed a Drivetrain Malfunction ultimately being a Gas Vent Valve needing to be replaced. 👍
