They lied to me by telling me the service to diagno the car was $180, and to replace the spark plugs would only be $206. The cost for everything was $730, the diagnosi being $200. They also lied to me about putting me in a complimentary loner vehicle while they work on my car. I am currently stuck at the location while they work on the car, causing me to have to cancel other appointments I had today. What a waste of my day, thank you for not honoring your word.

An unfortunate update. But it's not MINI's fault. I purchased a 2012 Chrysler 200 with only 30,000 Mi and a clean Carfax. This car has been an absolute Money Pit. $2,000 and going up. I can't blame the dealer because it did have a clean Carfax. But I certainly won't buy another Chrysler 200 convertible. First the brakes, and now the transmission at only 50,000 miles this is a well-maintained automobile. And now I can't even drive it due to the transmission
