I reached out to the dealership twice to ask if a vehicle was still available, after 1 email 4guys on chat no one could tell me if the vehicle was available, i’d hate to bring my car in for service because they probably never be able to find it

I reached out to Bob, the Sales Manager, because my lease was ending soon and I saw that they had a lot of Mini convertibles in the trim and color I wanted. He contacted me and we made a deal to take me out of my lease early and get me into the new car. We did this all via email because the dealership is on the west coast and I am on the east coast. Beware of deceptive practices. Will charge you $1,000 for “protection package”, $250 for “taxable fees”, $450 for “non taxable fees”, and $799 for doc fees. Non are negotiable and they’ll tell you that’s it’s mandatory and can’t be removed. Plenty of Mini dealerships that won’t charge you these fees.

Waste of 💰 trying to fix a rattle on my Mini. Thousand dollars later still rattles. Waste of time & NOT coming back. Will say friendly crew but...

They lied to me by telling me the service to diagno the car was $180, and to replace the spark plugs would only be $206. The cost for everything was $730, the diagnosi being $200. They also lied to me about putting me in a complimentary loner vehicle while they work on my car. I am currently stuck at the location while they work on the car, causing me to have to cancel other appointments I had today. What a waste of my day, thank you for not honoring your word.
