My experience in buying a new car at Ft. Myers Mini Cooper was wonderful, beyond expectations. First, the inventory was large and they had the exact model, color and options I wanted, there on the lot. My Salesperson Kristin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful; she walked me through all my buying and car details, including getting me insurance on the spot and helping me drop off my rental car, so I could take home my new Mini S Convertible the same day. I have been to the service department of Mini Ft Myers many times over the past 5 years. The shop is always courteous & professional but always at a 20%+ premium for repairs. Note: they are not allowed to repair a part, only replace it… even if it just a wire. My last visit I opted not to replace the exhaust system in its entirety for $2500… instead I had a muffler shop weld a pipe for $220… Now for the reason for the review… my Mini needs an oil change & has a “check engine” alert on the dash… i was told the diagnostic woul... read more
Friendly, knowledgeable salespeople. Great inventory of vehicles. Beautiful, clean facilities. Ample parking. Very clean restrooms. They wash cars after they service them. Easily accessible off route 41 in Fort Myers.
Had an excellent experience getting our new Mini from Mini of Fort Myers. Kristin Potts was our salesperson and she was great. No games. No back and forth. I asked Kristin how close she could get to the deal that I wanted and she basically came back and delivered exactly that, and actually a little better.
