Beware of deceptive practices. Will charge you $1,000 for “protection package”, $250 for “taxable fees”, $450 for “non taxable fees”, and $799 for doc fees. Non are negotiable and they’ll tell you that’s it’s mandatory and can’t be removed. Plenty of Mini dealerships that won’t charge you these fees.
Waste of 💰 trying to fix a rattle on my Mini. Thousand dollars later still rattles. Waste of time & NOT coming back. Will say friendly crew but...
They lied to me by telling me the service to diagno the car was $180, and to replace the spark plugs would only be $206. The cost for everything was $730, the diagnosi being $200. They also lied to me about putting me in a complimentary loner vehicle while they work on my car. I am currently stuck at the location while they work on the car, causing me to have to cancel other appointments I had today. What a waste of my day, thank you for not honoring your word.
