Horrible experience with their service center! Brought my car in for routine oil change, brake fluid flush and spark plugs. They take the car and don't even do the spark plugs. They call and say the car needs an alignment, even though it drove perfectly. I reluctantly agree they can rotate the tires and do the alignment. They then tell me they had to do it twice because the wheel was still crooked. The wheel was never crooked before they touched it! Tried to fix my wife's mini coupe but failed completely! 2 visits and 2 fails. Replaced 1 plastic pipe for over $500, engine light back on after a short drive. Replaced another plastic pipe for another $500 plus and engine light again few hours after pick up. This dealee FAILED to scope the waste gate on the turbo which is so easy to do just by removing the O2 sensor. I recently bought a new MINI at Mini of Fairfield County. It should have been a fun experience but has turned out to be a bit of a nightmare. The following is my experience. I traded a 5 year-old car in mint condition and was sold a car with a small scratch on the back that the dealership denies responsibility for entirely. SCAM DEALERSHIP!!! Tried to get me to pay extra for free oil change only for BMW not to honor a mini(there's no mini here, only BMW) $4k+ and theyre not gonna refund it for a mistake they said.
