If I could rate this dealership a zero I absolutely would. Were it only the insane price quotes and non-stop upselling from Cara Rizzo that would be one thing (awful enough as those are!), but after my last oil change my Mini Cooper Countryman was in worse shape than when I left it in their care. When I picked up the car, the oil drain plug was fitted back on without its copper washer so it now leaks oil (see picture) and the positive terminal on the battery was also left loosened according to the mechanic that fixed it, whi... read more

Horrible experience. Joe Zappulla, General Sales Manager was rude, and unprofessional. Refused to run credit check prior to deposit. Provided price quote with multiple hidden fees. Made trade-in process very difficult. Salesperson Simon not knowledgeable. I’d avoid at all costs. Note that the person who responded to the review is labeled as the same person who created the problem (Joe Zappulla, General Sales Manager), and provided the horrible customer service + hidden fees. I had a great experience with the Fairfield dealership. I found everyone to be knowledgeable, professional and communicative. I was very happy to have an issue resolved that was actually handled by Mini itself, plus I had a couple of other issues resolved while the car was in the shop. It was not especially convenient to have to travel from Brooklyn to Connecticut to have this work done, but the staff at the dealership made everything quite easy and pleasant. Many thanks!
