I recently bought a new MINI at Mini of Fairfield County. It should have been a fun experience but has turned out to be a bit of a nightmare. The following is my experience. I traded a 5 year-old car in mint condition and was sold a car with a small scratch on the back that the dealership denies responsibility for entirely. SCAM DEALERSHIP!!! Tried to get me to pay extra for free oil change only for BMW not to honor a mini(there's no mini here, only BMW) $4k+ and theyre not gonna refund it for a mistake they said.
Scammed me out of $4000!!! The salesperson persuaded me into adding a prepaid oil change cost to my monthly car payment but refuse to honor the oil change part!!!! If I could rate zero out of ten stars I would
SCAM! THEYLL TELL YOU TO PAY EXTRA FOR A FREE OIL CHANGE IN BMW(thats all we have in here) and BMW DOESNT HONOR MINI AND ASKED FOR $1200 FOR OIL CHANGE. AND NOT REFUND IT BECAUSE OF A SIGNED CONTRACT FOR LYING.
