Aweful service waited an hour to order one part from parts counter which was absoulutly rediculous brought my car in to see why it wassent starting they told me they would have to get me a new key cool whatever all fine and dandy what really threw me off was on my drive home not even 10 minutes there apparently was no coolant in the car and and blew the valve cover gasket out causing it to not run correctly I originally brought it in it was towed there hasent started in a year and I told someone that before they even worked ... read more

Sales department is on par with what Saturn dealerships used to be like. Bottom of the barrel. Customer is a nuisance to them
Great support - I had my MINI sent in during a difficult, very hot week in the summer, but the service department did a great job keeping me appraised and making sure I got an emergency loaner vehicle in the meantime. Big thanks to Thoa.
