Terrible service. I purchased a new countryman. While picking it up i noticed a very small scratch, made everyone aware.Had to return for them to "buff" the little scratch. I drove to them for my appointment from bergen county only to find out that the buff did not work. Then I was told that someone will pick up my car at my home and leave me a loaner. I had a great seamless experience with getting my new Mini Countryman last week. Stavan is very pleasant and knowledgeable and took us for a test drive and showed us our choices around the lot. The lease process was good. No unnecessary haggling or drama. I am comfortable that they gave me the best deal they could. The finance process was seamless and professional. 5 stars for giving me the experience I like.
I've been getting my car serviced here for the last 3 years. a few weeks ago i took the car in due to a clunking noise, they examined my car and told me all of my control arm bushings in the front are bad and my motor mount on the top right was bad. They quoted me $3,100 to fix, I declined and took my car home. I ordered the parts, 4 bushings and motor mount for under $300.
