Picked up my plates yesterday for my cooper S and I could not be more happier with this experience! Bill, Kyle, Omar, and the team at Open Road Mini are the best! They were extremely helpful from beginning to end. They helped make the car buying process easy.
Just wanted to share some feedback regarding a recent service visit. On March 15, 2025 I had an 8:00AM appointment for routine maintenance, specifically an oil change, brakes and back tires. I requested the brake and tire service given the recommendations from my previous visit. The service team arrived at approximately 8:10, and shortly after the bay was open for me to drive in my vehicle. I was quickly checked in and sat in the waiting area. Poor customer service
Enber, our salesman was terrific! Very patient and helpful throughout the entire buying process. He took the time to explain the car throughly. Overall a great experience.
Had an amazing experience at MINI of Edison! Enber, our salesperson, was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Kyle, the sales manager, was just as great—transparent, kind, and incredibly helpful in sharing his expertise. It was easily one of the quickest and most enjoyable dealership visits I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for a team that truly cares, ask for Enber—you won’t be disappointed! Added bonus- the 2025 countryman is a dream!
