I have needed to bring my Mini in for service for minor issues three times, so far. Each time, we have been treated extremely well, the issues well-explained and quickly addressed without feeling as if we are being pushed to pay for more, and have enjoyed a great rapport with our service advisor, Oscar. I highly recommend BMW/MINI of Dallas.

Disappointing and unprofessional service. I’ve been a loyal Mini of Dallas customer for over a decade, and I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience. I came in for a scheduled tire change and was told it would take about an hour. After waiting over an hour and a half with no updates, I politely asked where my car was. The service agent responded with clear attitude and defensiveness. Just a good honest service department that can find the problem and fix the problem. Plus, they usually offer competitive prices.
