I am always treated with utmost kindness at mini Cooper service department. Andy has been my service person and is always ready to assist. On this visit, I stopped by for an unexpected problem, and Andy was busy initially. So, a service man, Jimmy, assisted, and later Andy came over and helped out. I am very satisfied with my visits to the service department and appreciate Andy and his willingness to assist. In other words, I am very satisfied.
