We stopped in to inquire about windshield wipers and Capri Stokes went above and beyond to help us, even got a tool to help unbend some clips that were blocking the installation of the new blade. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the problem and how to solve it. We walked out with the blades and a piece of missing trim and he ordered us the replacement part for the wiper arm. It was a very pleasant experience.
