Excellent customer service
I made an appointment here almost 3 weeks in advance but left without service and on the verge of tears. Two of the people I interacted with were kind but the other two were so incredibly rude that I will never be back. I have never felt more belittled at any place of business. I took my car to the knoxville location the next day- wonderful and very informed staff there
Awful service! Was told my recall would be 2-3 hours. 5.5 hrs and still waiting. B/C I left they put folks area of me. If I had waited it would have a been the 2-3 hours. Called at 1:15 to check on car- said it would be ready by 5:00. They hadn’t started on my car b/c I left. If, I had waited it would have been pushed up. Come to find out at 1:15 they hadn’t even started on my car. Had to cancel my plans for the everyday b/c I live 2 hours away. Want be back- Atlanta is the way to go.
We ordered a new Mini and were kept up to date on its details and date of arrival. When we went to pick it up everything was exactly as had been described. Our sales person was there waiting for us and went through a comprehensive introduction to the car. It was a great experience and good fun. Love my new little 2-door Mini. Oct 15th, 2024 Update: still love my Mini and it is still perfect after many long trips in the USA.
