The service department is one of the best I’ve used for my Mini. They try their best to ensure everything is right before they complete the service. They never have hidden fees or surprises. They have done a great job each time I show up.
Overall, we had a great experience at this Service Department. Our 2013 Mini Hardtop, which is my wife’s pride and joy, was brought in for scheduled maintenance. In addition, we reported a recent high consumption of coolant. The mechanic provided a video and his inspection was thorough and his explanation of what scheduled maintenance entailed and the cause of the coolant leak was easy to follow. I can’t say enough about Tony and his service crew at Austin Mini. My 2025 countryman had rodent damage for the second time and Tony’s team did a superb job locating all of the damage, getting it repaired and back on the road. I will only be bringing my Mini to Tony and his service crew for all of its service needs.
