You can NEVER reach anyone in the service department, left a bunch of gray paint on my car that I still cant get off, could never get anyone to call me back or text me about that. BMW customer service model is not even close to Porsche's, go there instead.
Thank God they got rid of Sam Darnold. Like the guy but he was just not the QB they needed.
Bryan and the technician was able to fix the computer solenoid issue with the parking brake covered under warranty. Bryan also hooked me up with a sweet ‘25 mini 2-door loaner 😃
