Had an incredibly positive experience here. I found myself in need of a new car and (like most of us) was not thrilled about the dealership visit. Finally took her in for recall fix, service manager said about 90 minutes, it was less, and she got a free wash… just wish we had a Mini dealer on the Shore… 4 hour round trip on busy highways not my thing…
