Super friendly staff, my salesman was Louis and he was awesome! Thoroughly explained everything and was super transparent and he was able to get me into my dream vehicle
Overall experience working with Mini of Ann Arbor and our mobility consultant, Luis, was quite enjoyable and efficient. I worked with Luis online and over the phone on the details prior to visiting the dealership. If Luis did not know the answer to a question he made sure he got the answer quickly and checked for my understanding. No pressures of any kind. Once we agreed on the details, we drove over to the dealership to sign the papers and drive off. No hassles at all. Best car buying experience I've had!
