Past experiences have been 5-star, no doubt. Customer Service is great. The last visit though, we were a little disappointed in the amount paid for an oil change, brake fluid, and a new set of wipers. They also did an inspection regarding the issues we were having on the car. Although the recommendations after the inspection were not performed, we still paid close to $900 for the other maintenance services. Finally I got the serviced done on time. Not like the the last time before they make me wait almost the whole day to get my oil change done. Thank you very much.
