2005 Mini Cooper in to have a air compressor replaced . Was told the vehicle was repaired . Arrived to find the AC did not work . I was told to drive and that would resolve the problem . I left the car and was charged and was charged and additional 1500.00 to repair the car . I do not trust the staff and will not do business with that organization again .

We see you came in a week later stating you had no AC, and we found AC condenser had come apart internally. On month ago, my FIVE month old leased car flashed a red light telling me to shut the car down since it was hot. Needless to say, but I sat on the side of a busy section of I-95 for THREE hours waiting for a tow from MINI. The bottom line is that I still do not have my car since they are waiting for a part to fix a small hole in the radiator, that as I have been told is due to a design flaw that exposes the radiator to this sort of problem, but get this, I am responsible. I purchased a used Mini from Blake, he seemed very nice and honest and I thought that he would dispel my distrust of car salesmen. Unfortunately, within minutes of paying and driving off the lot a problem with the engine was discovered. Somehow the issue did not occur during the test drive, but within a half-hour, the engine was hesitating and jerking. I went to the parts department to get some bolts. The parts department marked up the price to 3x their MSRP value!! Very sketchy tactics to try maximize their profits. The customer should always be first, not the business.
