The Mini O Team was fantastic to work with in building our pod. I am thrilled with the final outcome and so is our family. There was an issue with transportation of the pod getting damaged to site and the Mini O team was quick to fix the matter to my satisfaction. DO NOT recommend. Everything I lost with this project: - 2 years of time - $40,000 I wanted an office with a 3/4 bath and asked about water and insulation items during the sales process. I live in a cold and wet region. I was told not to worry about it. Shortly after the sales call, I signed the contract in November 2022 and sent a $30k deposit. 3-6 months into the project everyone was surprised by a state level insulation requirement (This meant that Minio 'misinformed' me during the sales process despite me asking about it... read more
Mini-O did an outstanding job!! Tom frequently stayed in touch letting me know how the process was going during the build. He continued to stay in touch after delivery to make sure everything was still going well. I highly recommend Mini-O for your small office, man cave or whatever extra space you’re looking for.
