Took my MINI in for a warranty repair. While there, they performed a multipoint inspection and identified my tires were worn and will need to be replaced. The truth is the tires are new with less than 5,000 miles on them. Definitely setting the bar low in the trust department.
I have the best experience every time I come to this dealership! The team at MINI North Scottsdale was incredibly professional, friendly and did fantastic job of walking me through the process. I got a fair trade in value for my previous vehicle and they made the whole experience pretty painless!
Service department denied warranty because I didn't drive the car enough. I had never heard of such a thing. I called Travis Bennett and he corrected everything professionally and efficiently. If you have a legitimate issue, don't be afraid to talk to Travis. He is a real 5 star pro.
