This place is a joke. Good luck. Fyi, I bought nothing because they decided my car (2024 Crosstrek) was only worth $18k. But it's clear how they stay in business. I attached their offer, their websites KBB suggested trade in, and a picture of my car. EDIT: Someone from the dealership called me back nearly 3 hours later to try and "explain" the different factors as to why my car is worth less. Insult after insult.
Have purchased many cars from all sorts of dealerships and this was BY FAR the best car buying experience I've ever had. Drew did most of the legwork through text and email before I got there so all there was left to do was test drive the vehicle and sign.
