I was very happy that this place honored my recall on my mini cooper the reason for the low score is the new footwell control module was programmed wrong I can’t unlock my doors when the key fob is in its place and my stereo stopped working on the left side of car that’s how it was returned to me and I have also plugged in a obd2 reader that has 4 issues with the replacement device so I have called and sent emails and nobody answers when I call I leave voice mail and nobody ever calls me back the guy who I spoke with origina... read more

I’m very pleased with my overall experience with MINI North Scottsdale. Everything from service to sales has been exceptional. Purchased a new 2025 Mini Cooper S from them this year. Although I’m having trouble with the manufacturer, the dealership themselves have been great advocates and very easy to work with. They got me a great deal on my trade-in (much better than MINI of Tempe) and a great deal on my MINI; as well as a solid interest rate after they bat for me with MINI financial services.
