I have to start by saying, Lori is amazing. She has such great energy and is super sweet. My husband and I went in yesterday to secure the storage unit that I booked online, and Lori was working. She was very helpful with all of the questions I had, and made the process easy. Thank you Lori for making this a positive experience!
If I could do 10 stars I would. Lori is so helpful, personable, kind, knowledgeable, and keeps this storage place clean. I walked up while she was sweeping out front. Honestly didn't know managers actually took the time to clean! Thank you so much for all the info about the rental units Lori! Mini max owes you a bonus for how clean you keep it!
