I called last Friday, visited Monday, and moved my stuff in yesterday. The staff made the process very smooth and were nothing but helpful. The price was competitive, and the unit and facilities are far cleaner than the storage unit that was rented prior. I have read reviews about frequent price increases, and if I find this in the coming months, I will edit this review accordingly. A few small suggestions I could make to the management would be that the email template they use could do with a little overhaul in it's present... read more
Very positive experience renting a storage unit from Mini Mall Storage. Easy to set up on line with.very cooperative and professional staff ready to assist and respond to questions and concerns. Easy to access the site. The process to terminate the rental is very simple and easy as well.
