My second review! Move in went smoothly and storage was clean and spacious. They even did a follow up/welcome call with me to make sure I had all the codes and that if I had any question. This place definitely has top notch customer service.
Christina is fabulous.
The customer service here is amazing. I needed to change my move in date by a couple days and they quickly changed it with no issues. They are very pleasent and always smiling. They made sure I had all information to make it a smooth transition. ROCK star team at this location and they were the most reasonable price I could find for what I needed.
Omg the staff here are AMAZING. Elias, Christina and ESPECIALLY Connie have all helped me when I needed reorganizing of paperwork and made me feel heard and appreciated. Their units and their property in St. Albert on Carnegie dr is very secure and very well taken care of. If I could give more than 5 stars I WOULD!!!
