Very unprofessional and disappointing. I’ve gotten my nails done here before and I always love them. I was really looking forward to getting them done for Valentine’s Day. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment due to having a flat, just to be told my appointment had been given to somebody else. They could've at least given me a call, before just giving it to somebody else before Valentine’s Day too. Will not be returning.

I had gone here a few times and was very pleased, however my most recent visit will definitely be my last. I have gone to several different salons, and a combination of using the nail drill and soaking polish remover has always been done to take off the previous dip, including here. She was obviously in a rush and only used the tool, and cut the dip entirely off of one nail that had lifted at the bottom, severely damaging it.

The technicians at Mini-Lax always do such a phenomenal job! They pay attention to detail and are meticulous in their work. They are friendly and welcoming. The salon is clean, well-maintained, and has a pleasant atmosphere. The best part is the convenience of being able to send them a text to schedule an appointment. Thank you so much, I can’t wait for my next appointment!
