Very disappointed in this dealership. Georgian Mini in Barrie ON. I own a 2021 Mini Cooper S and was recently told by this dealership, two times, in two separate calls that using their “machine” is the ONLY way to reset my oil change alert and that they would charge me $25 for the service since they did not change my oil. This dealer is a 2 hour drive from my home. We just purchased a vehicle from MINI Georgian, in Barrie. From the first phone call, though to the end sale, it was very stress free, and professional. I cannot say enough about Erin. Erin was AMAZING!!! From the first visit to test drive, right through to the delivery date where I picked up my Countryman, Erin gave me 100% of her attention, was extremely patient and professional answering my numerous questions.
