Great experience at this dealership. I brought in a Mini purchased at a less reputable dealership due to an error message and Catalin Rangu not only diagnosed the issue but he went the extra mile and flagged that the vehicle had been involved in an undisclosed collision. Catalin and his team were also incredibly helpful in providing me the documentation and guidance needed to navigate the OMVIC complaint process. Had I not brought in my car to this dealership I may never have been made aware of the issue.
Amazing service. Nathan and Erin made this process so easy and spent a great deal of time showing us how this amazing car works. They also got us a better price than any of the dealerships in the GTA. We drove from the city to Barrie to buy this car from them and it was worth the drive. This is the second mini we bought from them and will always buy out Minis from Georgian.
